Accessible parking available on Level A of our garage. Entrance is on Roosevelt Way – use intercom to request access.
Route to Entrance
There is a ½+” lip in the cement transition from the access aisle to the elevator corridor on Level A of the parking garage. Front entrance to street access is level and smooth but the door is a little heavy.
Doors
Doors to accessible guest rooms require 8 lbs of force to open rather than 5 lbs, but we are working to fix this.
Interior Route
Hard wood floors in lobby and ramp to conference rooms. Low-pile carpet throughout hotel.
Restrooms
Lobby restrooms meet accessible requirements.
Guest Room
Accessible rooms provide lowered clothing bars, towel bars, dresser drawers, hair dryers, and irons. Cabinet under TV stores refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea and drinking cups. Doors have lowered peepholes and there are visual notification lights for doorbell and phones. TTY phones are available as are transfer benches for tubs and roll-in shower. Currently, the accessible suite is not fully accessible but several items are being addressed.

Buffet counter and slide surface is reachable from seated position.
